Nov. 15, 2021 - Update

  • Moved local development database to use mysql. That being successful, moved the website to mysql.
  • Small bug fixes and refactoring.


Nov. 12, 2021 - Update

  • Basic shift assignments now working. This will form the basis for eligibility assignments at a later date
  • Refactored database to make assignments more intuitive
  • Created a tabbed Roster view, showing the calendar and shift assignments
  • Various bug fixes and refactoring
  • Added a Weekly assignments Report with a date query and pagination


Nov. 2, 2021 - Update

  • Added a feature to bulk populate Staff and Shift definitions
  • Completely refactored how rosters are setup. Instead of picking a group of shift definitions to relate to a roster you now associate Shift Definitions to a Roster Definition.
  • The shift definition is dateless. When you create a Roster, you associate it to the Roster Definition.
  • At that point, shifts are generated with a real date. This will make adding regular weekly Rosters a very quick exercise now.


Oct. 26, 2021 - Update

  • Added Roster & Shifts with an event calendar view in Roster view

Oct. 18, 2021 - Update

  • Implemented password reset
  • Added ShiftCategory, ShiftEntitlement and SHiftDefinition functionality
  • implemented search on staff list
  • Added contact types and contact views in staff table. It appears at the bottom of the detail view.

Oct. 13, 2021 - Update

Added Registration ability.

You can now register your own account. By default you will be set as a staff member; meaning you can view the screens, but not edit them.

  • Contact email system implemented.
  • Added Staff configuration for skills, categories, groups and staff.
  • Lots of little cosmetic changes, included better layout for tablet devices.


Oct. 10, 2021 - Update

  • Added registration verification functionality, including email notifications on registration.
  • Reset password functionality partially implemented.
